Hello All,

Attached you will find a map of the property provided by RIR as well as a schedule of the day's events for "TEST DAY".

We must inform you that this test is strictly an open test for the invited drivers and teams as compiled by Lynn Carroll and myself over the past few weeks.
RIR has also asked that everyone be made aware that this is NOT a NASCAR sanctioned test and it is to be understood that each team, crew member and their associated personnel and sponsors cannot hold RIR, Denny Hamlin, Denny Hamlin Racing, The Denny Hamlin Foundation all safety and or work personnel with RIR or DHF responsible for the result of any damage or actions taken on "TEST DAY". And by participating in this "TEST DAY" each team will have agreed to this criteria.

There will be NASCAR officials on hand to answer questions that teams may have during the test.

Stacy Puryear will be on hand with Fuel and parts.

Revolution Race Tires will be on hand with the race tires designated for this event.

Wes Page will be on hand to build shocks as well.

In addition, any team member, including drivers under the age of 18 years old MUST have a parent or guardian sign a minor waiver as per the insurance regulations for the TEST DAY.

And to touch on 2 subjects that have been on everyone's mind:
Helmet and Firesuit: At this time NASCAR has mandated that the helmet and firesuit rule will be in effect during race action. This includes the green flag and caution flag times. However, during the race break at the 45 lap point the helmet and firesuit rule will not be in effect. So in short, the helmet and firesuit rule is only during race time under green and caution flag periods.

Garage Parking on race day I will be at the test on Wednesday and will work with everyone to be sure that all teams with multiple team mates of teams providing cars for the cup/cleb. Drivers will be parked together in the garage on race day. Please grab me and be sure to let me know if you have this need.

As for sign-in, each team is allowed up to, but cannot exceed 10 crew members without a NASCAR License. The team MUST have each crew member sign in. The driver MUST have a valid NASCAR license or the receipt showing where their license has been applied for. Each team may have as many NASCAR licensed crew members as they wish. The amount per team member on test day is $10 each. There will be no per car charge only per team member.

I hope this information helps and I look forward to seeing everyone at the track on Wednesday.

Sincerely,

Buck Reuss
Race Event Coordinator
