Wytheville, VA ~ Philip Morris and Davin Scites probably had the "Best On Track Rivalry" of 2007 with a few bumps and a few scrapes along the way. Motor Mile Speedway and in particular Philip Morris have been very high on the Rivalry chain in years past and this year was no different.
This rivalry didn't get out of hand quite as bad as Morris' 2006 rivalry with Jason Lawrence, which eventually led to Lawrence's suspension not only from the track, but all NASCAR sanctioned events, but Morris and Scites did have some heated battles on the track. Scites and Morris are likely to be back at it again in 2008 as both are expected to return to Motor Mile Speedway full-time.
