MYRTLE BEACH 400

Wytheville, VA ~ The Myrtle Beach Speedway is known for having excellent season ending races with the Roy Gore Memorial 250, which is one part of the Myrtle Beach 400 and this season was no exception with some great lead swapping hard charging action.

The Myrtle Beach 400 featured the biggest names in Late Model Stock Car racing and several of them had a run at the front of the pack.  The race featured three lead changes near the end of the race with hometown Myrtle Beach Speedway driver, Sam Yarbrough edging out Marty Ward and late race leader, Tommy Lemons, Jr.
